In addition to supporting LaGuardia Gateway Partners and Terminal B with its CX Strategy, Target Operating Model and Training solutions, Ethos Farm was asked to devise and facilitate its Data Intelligence Programme, to drive actionable insights that improve and deliver an exceptional guest experience each and every day.
