Ethos Farm was appointed to provide customer service leadership at London's Iconic Grade II listed destination, working in partnership with Savills and Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC). Ethos Farm was asked to design and deliver solutions to exceed expectations and continually raise the bar, through a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals; helping to build the estate’s reputation and footfall. Since its appointment in 2019, Ethos Farm has become the trusted customer service partner, delivering guest experiences for visitors to BPS, residential concierge and occupiers in 50 Electric Boulevard.

Ethos Farm has become the trusted customer service partner at Battersea Power Station, with a proven reputation of delivering strong operational performance and guest experience. A solutions-focused approach has not only resulted in an exceptionally high NPS of 96 for guest services, but also led to new contract wins. The positive impact on colleagues, creating opportunity for progression and development, is highlighted in the employee engagement score of 83%, with teams working across Battersea Power Station, Residential Concierge and Reception Services at 50 Electric Boulevard. The prestigious destination attracted over 11.2 million visitors in 2023 and was awarded a 2024 TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award.
