We’re delighted to announce that Luton Rising & Ethos Farm have been shortlisted for UK Operator of the Year at the 2025 Global Light Rail Awards — a prestigious honour that celebrates excellence, innovation, and dedication across the light and urban rail sector.

This nomination recognises the outstanding work of the team operating the Luton DART, a transformative project developed and owned by our client Luton Rising. Since its official opening in March 2023, Ethos Farm has proudly partnered with Luton Rising to support day-to-day station operations, delivering a seamless, future-ready passenger experience.

The Luton DART has redefined airport connectivity, linking London Luton Airport to Central London in 32 minutes — making it one of the fastest airport-to-capital connections in theUK. This achievement is a testament to the collaboration and commitment of our exceptional teams at Luton Rising and  Ethos Farm, and our service partners London Luton Airport, Bellrock Group, and Doppelmayr Cable Car GmbH.

Known for rewarding innovation and achievement from every corner of the industry, the Global Light Rail Awards areregarded as the “Oscars” of the sector. They honour everything from frontline excellence to engineering feats on global mega-projects, and being shortlisted is a true mark of distinction.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together with Luton Rising and our partners. This recognition reinforces ourmission to elevate customer experience and operational excellence across transport infrastructure.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday, 1st October 2025 at the Bloomsbury Ballroom in London, and live online around the globe.
