As a dual accredited CPD Learning Centre of Excellence, Ethos Farm is delighted to confirm that our Leader Academy is now formally certified by the CDP Standards Office.

The 12-month programme for leaders in the business, which forms a part of the Leader Learning Programme created by Ethos Farm's Learning & Development Team, contributes 33hrs of CPD time for leaders across seven workshops.

Speaking of the accreditation, Lindsey Marriott, Head of Operational Training at Ethos Farm commented: "I am over the moon that the quality of our leadership learning has been formally recognised with this certification by CPD.
