We are delighted to announce that in November, we achieved our certification for ISO45001, the international standard for Health & Safety Management.

With the support of all our incredible colleagues, and led by our Health and Safety Consultant Stefan Krista, the company rubber stamped our exemplary safety culture with the formal certification by ISO.

Speaking of the achievement, CEO Sally Alington commented, "I am so proud of our team for their steadfast commitment to ensuring every colleague, customer and member of the public that we engage with has an experience with us that is always totally safe and secure. Achieving the ISO certification is absolute verification of the safety culture we put front and centre of our customer and employee experience approach, and ultimately that has to flow from me as the CEO, throughout the organisation.
